At Soleopz, we care about your sneakers as much as you do. Every pair we receive is handled with care and attention to detail, using trusted cleaning solutions and professional methods to deliver the best results possible. However, as every pair of sneakers is different in age, material, and condition, there are natural limitations to what can be achieved through cleaning and restoration.
1. Service Disclaimer
All cleaning, restoration, and treatment services are performed at the customer’s own risk. While we always take great care with every pair, Soleopz cannot guarantee that all stains, marks, discoloration, or defects will be completely removed, or that your sneakers will be restored to their original factory condition.
Sneakers made from materials like suede, nubuck, dyed leather, and delicate fabrics may react unpredictably to cleaning agents, resulting in slight colour changes, texture differences, or material variations. Customers are encouraged to disclose any prior treatments, repairs, or known sensitivities before handing in their sneakers.
Soleopz will not be held responsible for any damage, fading, deformation, or material changes that occur during or after the cleaning process.
2. No Refund or Compensation
Please note that all services provided are non-refundable.
Soleopz does not offer refunds, exchanges, or monetary compensation for any dissatisfaction or damage that may occur as a result of cleaning, treatment, or restoration.
In rare cases where customers are unhappy with the results, we may, at our discretion, offer a one-time complimentary re-clean as a goodwill gesture. This does not imply fault or liability.
3. Collection & Storage
Customers will be notified once their sneakers are ready for collection.
Please collect your items within [14] days after notification. Items not collected within this timeframe may incur storage fees. Sneakers left uncollected for more than [14] days may be considered abandoned property, allowing Soleopz to dispose of or donate them at our discretion.
4. Aftercare
We recommend storing your sneakers in a cool, dry place after cleaning, and applying a protective spray to maintain cleanliness and prevent future stains or mold buildup. Proper aftercare helps extend the lifespan and appearance of your sneakers.
5. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting your sneakers for cleaning or restoration, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms stated in this Legal Disclaimer & Service Policy.
Soleopz reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
